Individual survey scores, calculator results, and other summary information may be aggregated to allow comparison among businesses. This allows you to anonymously compare your scores with other small businesses while maintaining data privacy and confidentiality.
You may choose to share your results with a Small Business Development Center business counselor, other non-profit business counselor, or a private consultant. This is an optional feature within the website.
You can initiate or revoke sharing at any time in the section called "Select Advisors." Root360 will send you periodic emails to provide targeted technical assistance, share success stories of businesses that have improved their sustainability, and alert you to new program features. If you wish to not receive emails, instructions for opting out of email communication will be included in each email.
